At Corroboree we're known for our consistently great food, year after year - and with daily dinners and breakfasts included, all you need to plan is which trails to hit tomorrow. By doing things a little differently and offering daily set menus prepared by our in-house chefs and separate child and adult meal sittings, we really do have all our guests in mind.

Breakfast

Start your day right with a full breakfast buffet served from 7.00am in an informal setting where everyone eats together.

Our extensive hot and cold breakfast changes daily and provides the fuel you need for a day spent in the snow. Every day you can expect our daily hot specials ranging from eggs, roasted tomatoes, pancakes, hashbrowns and more; A selection of cereals, juices, fresh fruit and yoghurt; And a range of hot drinks including tea and coffee.

We also offer espresso coffee and a range of milk options at an additional charge to have you ready to conquer the slopes.

Dinner

Dinner at Corroboree means good food, good wine and good company.

Children aged 14yrs old and younger will enjoy a set two-course menu designed with kids in mind while ensuring they eat a healthy and tasty meal. After dinner, children are entertained upstairs by playing games or watching a movie so adults can enjoy a relaxed dinner.

Adults sit down at 7pm for a three-course set menu. Our waitstaff provide full table service so that you can unwind and enjoy a delicious meal after a day out enjoying the mountain environment.

We are committed to providing nutritious and wholesome meals and are proud to be able to offer one of the best Wine Lists in the area.

We work hard to accommodate to everyone. If you have special dietary requirements, please notify us prior to arrival.
